How this site makes money
Right now, it doesn't. There are no ads, no affiliate links and no paid listings on this site today.
That may change. Here's how it would work:
- Affiliate links: we may later link to shoe care products or boot brands through affiliate programs, which could include the Amazon Associates program. If you buy through one of those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We'll mark each one "paid link" right next to it. If we join Amazon Associates, this page will also carry Amazon's required statement.
- Featured listings: shops may get a Featured spot. If a shop ever pays for one, it will be labelled Featured (paid). Payment never decides whether a shop is listed or what its listing says. See what Featured means.
- Links that are never paid: links to shops' own websites, to sources, and to brands' own repair programs.
Privacy
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad scripts of its own.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic request data, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- If you email us, we use your email only to reply. We don't sell or share it.
- If we ever add analytics or affiliate links that use cookies, we'll update this page first.
